Mr. Jablonski graduated from the university of Wisconsin Law School in 1983. He spends much of his time seeking just compensation and other legal protection for landowners. Mr. Jablonski regularly assumes the role of lead trial counsel for landowners facing condemnation cases, and he has won important fights for landowners through appeals to higher courts. Over a 30+ year legal career, he has developed strong skills and experience in proceedings involving real state, energy and environmental issues, toxic substances, natural resources, and consumer rights. He has been selected twice to serve on Legislative Council Special Committees for the State Legislature. He represents individual landowners, communities, businesses, business owners, shareholders, and organizations.
